Burnt Cheesecake:
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 250g cream cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- pinch of salt
- Blend all ingredients until mixed well.
- In airfryer, cover with baking paper & pour mix gently.
- Bake first time, 180C for 25 mins in air fryer.
- Bake second time, 160C for 15 mins in air fryer.
- Let cool in room temperature.
- Store in fridge overnight.
Birthday Brownie:
- 140g melted unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 250g granulated sugar
- 25g brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 56g unsweetened cacao powder
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 63g all purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped chocolate (I use Alpen Gold milk chocolate bar)
- Whisk melted butter,sugar & brown sugar in a big bowl.
- Add eggs & vanilla,whisk fastly for 2 mins.
- Stir in cacao,salt & espresso until fully mixed.
- Mix in oil, gently mix flour until fully mixed.
- Add chopped chocolates, mix gently.
- Grease a 8x8 baking tray, pour the mix & spread gently. Add more chocolates & spread them evenly.
- Bake for 163 Celcius (preheated) 28-35 mins.
