Burnt Cheesecake:

  1. Blend all ingredients until mixed well.
  2. In airfryer, cover with baking paper & pour mix gently.
  3. Bake first time, 180C for 25 mins in air fryer.
  4. Bake second time, 160C for 15 mins in air fryer.
  5. Let cool in room temperature.
  6. Store in fridge overnight.

Birthday Brownie:

  1. Whisk melted butter,sugar & brown sugar in a big bowl.
  2. Add eggs & vanilla,whisk fastly for 2 mins.
  3. Stir in cacao,salt & espresso until fully mixed.
  4. Mix in oil, gently mix flour until fully mixed.
  5. Add chopped chocolates, mix gently.
  6. Grease a 8x8 baking tray, pour the mix & spread gently. Add more chocolates & spread them evenly.
  7. Bake for 163 Celcius (preheated) 28-35 mins.
